I marts 2020 hos produktionsvirksomheden Paul E. Danchell i Jyderup, som er en af Skandinaviens f\u00f8rende elektronikproducenter, stod de over for en opbremsning i produktionen p\u00e5 grund af Corona pandemien. Men p\u00e5 grund af de konkurrencepr\u00e6gede vilk\u00e5r p\u00e5 elektronikmarkedet, har virksomhederne ikke r\u00e5d til at reducere produktionen. N\u00e5r en virksomhed ikke kan levere til tiden, s\u00e5 overtager deres konkurrenter nemlig bare. Danchell var derfor n\u00f8dt til at finde en l\u00f8sning, for at kunne holde produktionen k\u00f8rende og samtidig holde deres kolleger sunde og trygge. Med et produktionssted p\u00e5 3.500 m2 og mere end 50 personer, havde Danchell et behov for hyppig desinfektion i l\u00f8bet af arbejdsdagen, der d\u00e6kkede alle overflader i hotspot-omr\u00e5der i deres produktion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u00f8sningen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cEn af vores kollegaer kendte til fordelene ved UV-lys til desinfektion, og vi kontaktede derfor UVCbyEFSEN. Vi f\u00f8lte hurtigt, at UVCbyEFSEN forstod vores behov og gav os en grundig forst\u00e5else af, hvordan deres UV BAR kunne hj\u00e6lpe os. Viden om, hvordan UV-lys kan neutralisere selv barske vira som Covid-19, har givet alle den n\u00f8dvendige tiltro til, at vi kan sikre et rent arbejdsmilj\u00f8. Viden om at vi holder et virkelig h\u00f8jt hygiejneniveau af vores faciliteter, med flere daglige desinfektioner, g\u00f8r, at alle f\u00f8ler sig trygge\u201d, siger Chief Operating Officer S\u00f8ren Sandersen.<\/em>\u201d, says Chief Operating Officer S\u00f8ren Sandersen.<\/p>

\"Vi har hyret en dedikeret person til at g\u00e5 rundt i produktionen og s\u00f8rge for, at overflader p\u00e5 alle omr\u00e5der, der ber\u00f8res af mange mennesker, ofte desinficeres. N\u00e5r du har mange omr\u00e5der og genstande, der skal desinficeres, har vi fundet ud af, at UV BAR er langt den hurtigste l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 markedet for os og ideel sammenlignet med konventionelle v\u00e6skedesinfektion, som ikke kan bruges alle steder. Det lyder m\u00e5ske som et besv\u00e6r, men det er det ikke. Det er ligesom rutinen med at vaske h\u00e6nder og bruge h\u00e5ndsprit\u201d, forklarer teknisk direkt\u00f8r Stefan Danchell. Udover desinfektionen af produktionsudstyret reng\u00f8res kantinen, badev\u00e6relserne og kaffeomr\u00e5det med UV BAR op til seks gange om dagen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201dMed desinfektionsl\u00f8sningen fra UVCbyEFSEN har vi v\u00e6ret i stand til at bevare vores fleksibilitet som virksomhed, da vi ikke skal lukke omr\u00e5der for at undg\u00e5 spredning af bakterier og vira. Vi har endda en backup UV BAR, hvis der skulle ske noget med den vi bruger. Selv med vaccinen og potentiel mindre spredning af coronavirus, vil vi sandsynligvis forts\u00e6tte med at bruge denne l\u00f8sning til en vis grad, da vi stadig \u00f8nsker at undg\u00e5 un\u00f8dvendige spredninger fra almindelig fork\u00f8lelse og \u00e5rstidens influenza, og bevare et sikkert arbejdsmilj\u00f8 til gavn for alle vores kollegaer\u201d, slutter Stefan Danchell.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
