Trivsel og sikkerhed i b\u00f8rne- og\nungdomspsykiatrien - nu og i fremtiden<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Da coronapandemien ramte Danmark, ramte den ogs\u00e5 b\u00f8rne \u2013 og ungdomspsykiatrien i Hovedstadsomr\u00e5det. Afdelingen og personalet var tvunget til at skrue ned for bes\u00f8g og helt \u00e6ndre proceduren for, hvordan de daglige og vigtige konsultationer med patienterne kunne gennemf\u00f8res.<\/p>

\u201dVores mulighed for at kunne se flere patienter dagligt, uden fare for at bringe smitte videre, var pludselig ikke realistisk. I nogle af vores testsituationer er der brug for, at b\u00f8rnene tegner, l\u00e6gger puslespil eller inddrager andet leget\u00f8j. Det var nu pludseligt ikke muligt. Ligesom instrumenter, s\u00e5 som blodtryksmanchetter, er sv\u00e6re at spritte af, da der er stof og velcro p\u00e5. Vi kunne derfor ikke l\u00e6ngere bruge disse remedier uden at skulle g\u00f8re en masse ekstra og tidskr\u00e6vende arbejde\u201d, udtaler en speciall\u00e6ge i b\u00f8rne- og ungdomspsykiatrien i Region Hovedstaden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u00f8sningen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Efter at have set den s\u00e6rligt designede desinficeringsb\u00e6nk, UV BENCH, omtalt i medierne, s\u00e5 afdelingen nu en muligheden for at f\u00e5 l\u00f8st de daglige udfordringer med konsultationerne. Effektivt, sikkert og let anvendeligt.<\/p>

\u201dVi valgte UV-BENCH for at spare tid og penge p\u00e5 afspritning af instrumenter og leget\u00f8j. Vi kunne ogs\u00e5 godt lide at b\u00e6nken samtidig er smuk og funktionel, og kan indg\u00e5 i de fleste rum uden at man l\u00e6gger m\u00e6rke til den. Samtidig kan vi p\u00e5 kun f\u00e5 sekunder neutralisere bakterier og virus p\u00e5 de ting, vi ikke kan sprittet af, og som er helt uundv\u00e6rlige i vores arbejde. De unge mennesker er ogs\u00e5 glade for at de fortsat kan bruge deres telefoner i klinikken, uden at vi skal v\u00e6re bange for smittespredning. Vores patienter kan ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 lov til at medbringe ynglingsleget\u00f8j eller bamser igen. Det er en v\u00e6sentlig faktor for at skabe et trygt rum, n\u00e5r vi kan tegne og lege med dem igen\u201d, siger speciall\u00e6gen.<\/p>

Afdelingen oplever nu en stor sikkerhed i hverdagen, da bakterier er fjernet fra tingene. Nye rutiner er kommet til, s\u00e5 som at blodtryksapparater og stetoskop kommer i UV-b\u00e6nken efter brug, ligesom leget\u00f8j og tegneredskaber bliver desinficeret, s\u00e5 det er klart til andre b\u00f8rn.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Centeret for B\u00f8rne- og ungdoms-psykiatrien i Region Hovedstaden har v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 glade for l\u00f8sningen, og den positive respons fra patienterne, at de nu \u00f8nsker at give erfaringerne videre til andre med samme behov.<\/p>

\u201dVi har f\u00e5et hverdagen tilbage som f\u00f8r coronatiden, hvor vi nu igen har tid til alle vores andre arbejdsopgaver, og ikke skal l\u00f8be det st\u00e6rkere hele tiden og planl\u00e6gge hvorn\u00e5r patienterne kan komme, i forhold til om instrumenterne og leget\u00f8jet nu har ligget i 48 timer eller ej\u201d, udtaler speciall\u00e6gen.<\/p>

Afdelingen vil fortsat have et behov for en h\u00f8j hygiejnestandard, da mange b\u00f8rn som bes\u00f8ger afdelingen, ikke bliver vaccineret forel\u00f8big. Desuden kan b\u00e6nken fremadrettet bruges til at undg\u00e5 smitte med fork\u00f8lelse, influenza og andre virussygdomme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
